When you submit the NexaCred Free Credit Checkup, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, approximate credit-score range, credit-related concerns, goals, and whether you are interested in additional help.

Sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, account passwords, full credit-report files, government IDs, bank credentials, or other highly sensitive information through the public checkup form. NexaCred does not request those items through this public form.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your checkup, understand what type of credit education or report-review assistance may be relevant, operate and improve NexaCred, communicate with you about your request, and protect the service from misuse.

Service providers

NexaCred uses service providers, including Wix, to host the website, process form submissions, and manage customer-contact information. Those providers may process information on our behalf according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing

NexaCred does not sell personal information submitted through the Free Credit Checkup. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights or safety, or respond to a lawful request.

Retention and choices

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may contact us to ask about your information or request that we stop contacting you.
